Ordering & checkout

How does the store work?

Browse treatments and at-home lab kits, add what you want to your cart, and pay by card on Stripe’s checkout page. A RENEWL physician reviews every prescription order before it ships, and a licensed U.S. pharmacy dispenses it and ships it to you. Lab kits are shipped to you and collected at home.

Do I need an appointment or an account?

No. There is no appointment to book and no account to create. You order online, and if a RENEWL physician needs anything more from you before a prescription can ship, the care team contacts you.

What happens after I pay?

Your order goes to the RENEWL care team and its pharmacy partner. Prescription items ship only after a RENEWL physician reviews your order. If a treatment isn’t right for you, the care team will contact you before anything ships.

Can I order prescription items from outside Michigan?

No. Prescription items are available to patients in Michigan. If you’re outside Michigan, contact the care team before you order.

Is my cart saved?

No. Your cart lives on the open page only. Nothing is saved in your browser, so if you close or reload the page, the cart is empty again. There are no accounts.

Prescriptions & physician review

Who reviews my prescription order?

A RENEWL physician, under medical director Thomas Nabity, MD, reviews every prescription order before it ships. If a treatment isn’t right for you, the care team contacts you before anything ships. Not all patients qualify.

What does “compounded” mean?

A compounded medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual prescription. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved: the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed. Every card in this store says whether an item is compounded or FDA-approved.

Where do medications come from?

RENEWL sources prescription medications and injectable therapies exclusively through licensed U.S. pharmacies operating under 503A and/or 503B standards. These pharmacies follow established regulatory requirements, including enhanced quality and sterility controls.

Do I need lab work before a hormone or peptide treatment?

Yes. Hormone and peptide treatments need recent bloodwork, and a RENEWL physician checks your labs when reviewing your order. If you’ve never had a full panel, start with the men’s or women’s hormone evaluation. If you already have recent results, contact the care team before you order.

Who is RENEWL’s medical director?

Dr. Thomas Nabity, MD, RENEWL’s medical director, board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain.

Payment, shipping & policies

How do I pay?

By card, on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. RENEWL never sees or stores your card number. Prices shown are placeholders for this preview. Final prices are set by RENEWL.

How is my order shipped?

Prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped to you. Stripe’s checkout page asks for your shipping address and phone number. For delivery timing on a particular order, contact the care team.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Contact the care team by phone or email, and they’ll tell you what applies to your order.

Who sees my order details?

Your order details go to the RENEWL care team and its pharmacy partner only. RENEWL does not sell or share patient data. Your card details go to Stripe, not to RENEWL, and nothing about your order is saved in your browser.

At-home lab kits

How do the at-home kits work?

Order the kit and pay at checkout. It’s shipped to the address you enter there, you collect the sample at home with the kit, and a RENEWL physician reviews your results. For questions about collection or your results, contact the care team.

Is a kit a diagnosis?

No. The GI Labs kit supports clinical decision-making and is not a substitute for evaluation by a gastroenterologist. The food sensitivity test is different from an allergy test and does not diagnose food allergy.
