This store is run by RENEWL Longevity + Performance, a physician-supervised practice at 105 S Main St, Rochester, MI 48307. Care is supervised by Thomas Nabity, MD, the medical director.

The store sells treatments and at-home lab kits online. You browse, add items to a cart and pay by card on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. There are no accounts and no appointments.

When you pay, your order goes to the RENEWL care team and its pharmacy partner.

Paying for a prescription item does not mean it will be dispensed. Prescription items ship only after a RENEWL physician reviews your order. If a treatment isn’t right for you, the care team will contact you before anything ships. A RENEWL physician may decide that a treatment is not right for you, or that lab work is needed first.

For cancellations, returns or refunds, contact the care team using the details below.

Each item shows its price in U.S. dollars, and Stripe’s checkout page shows the total before you pay.

You pay by card on Stripe’s checkout page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. RENEWL never sees or stores your card number.

Prescription only. A RENEWL physician reviews every prescription order before it ships. Not all patients qualify.

Every prescription item carries a label on its card, before you click: Compounded Rx, FDA-approved Rx or Prescription. A compounded item’s page carries this statement: Compounded preparation from a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Not FDA-approved: the FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed.

An FDA-approved item’s page carries this one: FDA-approved prescription medication. Dispensed only after a RENEWL physician reviews your order.

Prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped to you. RENEWL sources prescription medications and injectable therapies exclusively through licensed U.S. pharmacies operating under 503A and/or 503B standards. These pharmacies follow established regulatory requirements, including enhanced quality and sterility controls.

Prescription items are available to patients in Michigan. Prescription items are for patients in Michigan only. If you’re outside Michigan, contact the care team before you order.

Orders ship to the address you enter on Stripe’s checkout page. At-home lab kits are shipped to you, collected at home, and their results are reviewed by a RENEWL physician. For delivery timing on a particular order, contact the care team.
