This store does not use your browser’s local storage, session storage or cookies to remember anything about you. It has no account and no saved list.

Your cart exists only on the open page. If you close or reload it before checking out, the cart is gone, and nothing is left behind on your device.

When you check out, you leave this store for a checkout page hosted by Stripe, RENEWL’s payment processor. There you enter your card details and your contact and shipping details, including your phone number. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. RENEWL never sees or stores your card number.

Stripe handles what you enter on its checkout page under its own privacy policy.

After Stripe confirms your payment, the store sends your order details (the items you bought, and your name, contact and shipping details) over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to a single order system for the RENEWL care team. What you order can say something about your health, so that system must be covered by a business associate agreement (BAA), the HIPAA contract that obliges a vendor to protect health information. It is never an analytics, advertising or email-marketing tool.

Your order details go to the RENEWL care team and its pharmacy partner only. RENEWL does not sell or share patient data. The care team and the pharmacy partner use your order details to review, dispense and ship your order, and to contact you about it.

This version of the store has no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or other third-party trackers installed. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself.

Like any website, the server that hosts this store receives basic technical information with each request, such as your IP address and the type of browser you use, so that it can deliver the page.

A few links, including the checkout page, lead to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this page does not cover.

Prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped to you. That pharmacy receives your prescription and delivery details so that it can do so. Read the terms for how orders and physician review work.
